PFi present at AIDN National Gala Dinner

The most recent Australian Industry & Defence Network (AIDN) Gala Dinner took place in Canberra, Australia. On the 2020 edition of the event, Nick Green, General Manager within Products For Industry’s (PFi) Aerospace Division, took to the stage as a keynote speaker to discuss the STEM initiative ‘The Science of Rockets’ that they have been co-architects of.

The division is operated within the Defence and Aerospace industry.

Nick presented details on PFi’s investment into the program, how it will be rolled out to schools in Australia and details of the industry involvement. In total eight Queensland secondary schools will be participating in ‘The Science of Rockets’ STEM Design unit in term one of 2020, with more than 50 Queensland secondary schools on the waiting list for term two – a phenomenal commitment!

All guests, Australia’s greatest defence minds, enjoyed an evening of networking and a presentation from the VIP guest speaker.

After the event Nick Green, received accolades for his highly engaging presentation and for being a motivated and enthusiastic presenter.
