A newly implemented RFID system by Clustag in a major U.S. fashion logistics hub now serves dozens of retail locations and wholesale partners across North America.
The project includes eight RFID tunnels (MOT stations), automated Interroll rejection lines, and advanced barcode scanning systems. The installation is fully integrated with Clustag’s ZENTUP software platform, enabling real-time traceability across logistics operations.
The system delivered measurable results from the first days of operation, identifying up to 17% picking errors in areas previously considered accurate. This level of visibility highlights the impact RFID can bring to fashion logistics, where precision and traceability are critical.
